Travel Planner
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and organizing exceptional travel experiences for our clients, ensuring their trips are enjoyable, seamless, and tailored to their preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Design customized travel itineraries that include accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Research and recommend travel destinations, attractions, and experiences
- Book air travel, accommodations, and other travel-related services
- Provide clients with updated travel information and assist with any changes or issues that arise during their trips
- Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on travel trends and industry news to offer the best advice to clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Planner
- In-depth knowledge of air travel and booking processes
- Excellent customer service skills and client relationship management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
